Your account
My account is waiting for approval
The shop checks new accounts before they can add vehicles. If it takes long, contact the shop.
I forgot my password
Contact the shop and they will set a new password for you. You can change it later in Account → Change password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete account. See the privacy policy for details.
Permanently deletes your account, your vehicle list and your on-site requests. The shop’s own records of services and sales are kept for its accounting and can still include your name, phone number and plate.

Why isn’t my vehicle confirmed yet?
The shop confirms that each vehicle is yours before showing its service history. This protects your privacy.
I don’t see a service
Services appear once the shop records them with your vehicle’s plate number. Ask the shop to record your plate at your next visit.
On-site service
We come to you for oil changes, punctures and tyre repairs.
Within Erbil city limits only.
How it works
- Tell us what’s wrong and where your car is.
- We accept and set off — follow us on the map.
- We do the job right where your car is.
In the app, open the “On-site” tab and tap “Request now”. We’ll let you know when the shop accepts, sets off and arrives — even when the app is closed.
App requirements
- An iPhone with iOS 15 or later.
- An internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi).
- A mobile number for your account; the shop approves new accounts.
- Location access and notifications are optional; you can use the app without them.
- Free, in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
